ENVE Composites Alloy Road Front Hub

A forged aluminum blank is transformed by a CNC lathe into a lightweight hub shell. The newly developed hub flanges avoid premature fatigue of the spokes, while the special insert results in higher rigidity and simultaneous weight savings.

To ensure a smooth, fast rolling action in the aluminum road hub, it has special, high-quality bearing shells and balls made of stainless steel, which guarantee optimal corrosion protection under any conditions or intended use. The outer bearings are completely sealed to keep out any dirt. In the hub interior, contactless seals are used to reduce rolling resistance.

The maintenance effort is further minimized thanks to Perfect Preload technolog, which also noticeably increases the service life of the bearings and eliminates the need to readjust preload.
